He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (Carey); his wife Geraldine Sullivan O'Brien; his sister Dorothy O'Brien Carroll; his daughter-in-law Maureen Holmes O'Brien; his children, Jim Jr., Kevin (Alisa), Tracey (Steve) and David (Karen); his grandchildren, Mary Kathleen (Matt), James Patrick (JP), Kelly, Erin, Jade and Connor; his siblings, Bill, Jean, Marilyn, Dan (Elaine) and Rosemary; and his close friend Jane. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
