Hayward; her grandchildren, Pastor Justin Hayward (Kyra) and Erin Hayward; her children, Tamara, Jace, Urijah and Hezekiah Hayward; her godsons, Harry Baines IV (Carolyn) and Overn Drayton; her siblings-in-law, Alphonzo Hayward (Marita), Joyce Hayward, Cynthia Hayward, Diane Hayward and Shirley Hayward; and her close friends, Gladys M. Foster, Norma J. Taylor, Elaine Smalls, Elaine Mabry and Mickey Martin.
