He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garland Foster and Mamie Elizabeth Green; his siblings, James Edward Bell, Will Thomas Bell and Mary Magdalene Bell; and his close friend Pearl Eggleston.
He is survived by: his daughter Pearl Eggleston; his wife Dorothy Bell; his children, Kevin Bell (Michelle) of Cumming Georgia, Troy Bell of Neptune, Leslie Andino (Manuel), Sharon Ann Bell of Marietta Georgia, Tracey Bell and Trenna Stewart of Hampton Georgia; his grandchildren, Nia Andino, Raymond Andino, Manuel Andino, Sydney Bell, Tyquisha Bell, George Bullock, Dion Bullock, Nyquan Bell, Curtis Foye, Gerard Jones, Joshua Neal and Richard Stewart; and his sisters, Mildred Drummond (Walter) and Margret Little. He is also survived by four Great Grandchildren.
