It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern G. Butterbaugh of Neptune, New Jersey, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern Butterbaugh (Davison) and Kenneth Butterbaugh; and her husband Francisco Ramon. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Alicia Crosby (Brien), Mark Miles Jr. (Lauren), Marlee, Hunter, Emerson, Bryson and Ashlyn.
