Wheeler III; her son-in-law Raymond Foster; and her siblings, Russell Proctor, William Proctor, Lucy Brown, Jessie Walker, Grace Rice, Bernice Johnson and Joshua Proctor.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Wheeler of Neptune, Carolyn A. Foster of Neptune, Quentin D. Wheeler (Phuong) of Zurich, Switzerland and Richard A. Wheeler (Rachel) of Lake Forest, IL; her sister Bertha Young; her brother-in-law Lester; and her grandchildren, Sonya (Michael), Carlton (Michelle), Carla (Kevin), Tracy, Tyrone, Ezra (Sanel), Raymond (Delia), Richard (Sha Rhonda), Terrell, Alfonso and Denzel.
