He is survived by: his wife Terlisa Perry-Evans; his children, Andre Tyrone Evans II Evans (Constance), Tyanna Perry (Gabriel) and Diane Evans; his stepdaughter Tangala Scott; his brothers, Ralph Evans (Dorothy), Francisco Jr., Pedro "Luco" Evans and Alfredo Evans; his grandchildren, Kianna Perry, Frank Ellison, Charles Ellison, Dequawn Milton, Dae Jean Milton, Daettricke Milton, Andre Evans III, Au'Donte Evans, Au Kheem Evans, Au'Marion Evans, Au'Zil Evans, Au'Mir Evans, Stacie Reddin, Keira Linder and Jayden Linder; and his great grandchildren, Charlesia Ellison, A'Layi Evans and Heaven Gallon. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
