She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Andrews and Phyllis Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Jason, Jolene and Christopher; and her siblings, Joseph Andrews and Debbie Mazza. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
