It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cottrell of Neptune City, New Jersey, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Forrest G. Cottrell and Irene Cottrell (Throckmorton); his wife Grace M. Hoffman; his sisters, Carol Waterman of Tuckerton, NJ and Catherine Beyer of Lancaster, PA; and his sons, Richard F. Jr. (Brenda Lee) of St. Augustine, Florida, Steven N. of Jenson Beach, Florida and Bruce A. of Bowling Green, Indiana. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
