She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vaccaro and Rosina Gatta Vaccaro; her husbands, Carney Lebra, Dan Francioni and Frank Iannessa; and her sisters, Fortunata Scott, Mary Grasso, Lena Corbo and Connie Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Lebra and Terri Forman (Tim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School.
