He is survived by: his sisters, Gwendolynn Ann Hayes, Theresa Hayes, Ann Hayes, Rosa Lee Hayes Emanuel and Georgia Horton; his wife Juanita Hayes; his children, Lakia Hayes of Farmingdale, NJ, Keshia Davis of Toms River, NJ and Christopher Rosser of Beachwood, NJ.; his grandchildren, Merendi Davis of Philadelphia, Kaliese of Toms River, NJ, Saniya Jones of Toms River, NJ, Jaden Rosser of Beachwood, NJ, Aaron Rosser of Beachwood, NJ and Gabriel Rosser of Beachwood, NJ; his great grandchild Aracelis Davis of Philadelphia, PA.; his siblings, Jimmy Hayes of Albany, GA, Wesley Hayes of Dayton, FL, Luella Butts of Albany, GA and Brenda Lawson of Chalmette, Louisiana; and his sister-in-law Ruby Hayes of Albany, GA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
