He was predeceased by: his daughter Brenda Laird; his parents, Gunnar Hansen and Ingrid Hansen; and his siblings, Charles Wikfors, George, Henry Hansen and Susie Emmanuel.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hansen; his children, Kurt G. Hansen of Washington, DC and Kristin Huapaya of Neptune; his siblings, Wally Hansen of Neptune City and Dorothy Filos of Neptune; and his grandchildren, Delaney, Jake Laird, Logan, Riley Huapaya and Harper Hansen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
