He was predeceased by: his parents, Liborio Orlando and Julia Orlando; his wife Priscilla Orlando; his daughter Jennifer Lynn Orlando; and his sister Annie Centeno.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Ann Garretson and Philip James Orlando; his grandchildren, Devon, Jaylynn Garretson, Philip J., Jr., Madeline and Jenavieve Orlando; his siblings, Nitza Cardona, Julie Killian and Edward Orlando; and his children-in-law, Shannon Garretson and Heather Orlando. He is also survived by numerous sisters & brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a benevolent fund in honor of Liborio Orlando, Jr. Checks can be made payable to Melissa A. Garretson.
