He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ward and Edith Ward; and his siblings, Mary Ward, Daniel Ward and Josephine Kosenski.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ward (Sullivan); his children, James F. (Debbie), Paul T. (Michelle), Lisa W. Aker (Greg) and Brian C. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Rachel, James P., Declan, Mackenzie, Ryan, Quinn, Jimmy MacWilliams and Brianna; and his parents-in-law, Gerald T. Sullivan (Kathleen), Diane Sullivan and Karen Sullivan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
