We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2022, at the age of 69, Howard Hess III of Neptune City, New Jersey, born in East Orange, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard P Hess Jr. and Arlene Henry Hess; his sister Alison (Gerrit De Vos); his nephew David; his nieces, Kelly and Samantha De Vos; and also Rebecca. He was also cherished by 2 great nephews and 1 great niece.
