He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada M. Cole and Frank Robie; and his stepfather Edward Cole. He is survived by: his daughter Bridget Radice; his son-in-law Chris Radice; his sisters, Helen Duerr (Deb Molawka) and Pat Cole; his brother-in-law Dr. Robert Sica (Anita); his children, Jack Banik (Lisa) and Michelle Banik Devanny (Christopher Devanny); his grandson Nick Banik (Lindsay); his great grandchildren, Courtney Banik Levernce (Brad Levernce), Isabella Banik, Zoe Banik, Ayden Banik, Ashton Banik, Evan Devanney and Megan Devanney; and also, Kyle Banik, Gabriele Banik (Pat Robinson) and Sophia Banik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as dozens of friends.
