He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Neptune; his close friend Cheryl Taylor; his son Charles Thomas McGarry (Audrey); and his siblings, Sharon Carroll, Kevin and Timothy. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
