He was predeceased by: his parents, James Commodore and Loretta Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Mother Loretta Commodore; his children, Paulette Carter, Keith Commodore of Queens, NY, Andrew Commodore of Columbia, SC, Paul S. Commodore Jr. of Tinton Falls, NJ and Mark Commodore of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Alethia Johnson, Theodore Wilson and Willie Wilson. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
He furthered his education with a degree from the Christian and Education Foundation for Pastoral Studies in June of 1983.
