She was predeceased by: her husband Modesto; her parents, Mildred Clark and John Clark; her sister Joann; and her sons, Michael and Joseph.

She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Johnson; her children-in-law, Jeff, Steve and Jill Caso; her grandchildren, Jason, Jon, Brian, Kevin (Sarah, Katelyn), Ashley, Patrick, Sarah and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Cecilia; her sisters, Virginia Lombardo and Jean Ertle; her brother-in-law Joe; and her friend Judy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
