Markham; his siblings, Edward, Patricia Taylor (James) and Timothy; his children, Christina Distefano, Sharon Boyette (Bruce) and Joseph Caslin III (Crystal); his grandchildren, Kendal Distefano, Kimberly Distefano, Shelby Souder, Karli Souder and Hunter Caslin; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Souder and Levi Souder.
He is survived by: his close friend Steve McCourt.
