He is survived by: his wife Angel Lewis of National Park; his children, Matthew Lewis of Deptford and Mariah Lewis of West Deptford; his stepchildren, Albert McDowell of Turnersville, Adam McDowell of National Park and Angelina McDowell of Collingswood; his grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Ava, Ameer and Anaya; and his brother John (Tara Lewis).
