He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia E. Hammond-Bell; his children, Veronica Learmont (Robert), Nichol Hoff (Bob), Adam E. Hammond Joshua (Margaret) and Benjamin W. Hammond (Kelly); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Josephine, Carter, Zoé, Emma, Nathan, Claire, Lexie and Maria; and his siblings, Albert Bell, Joy Mauro, Julia Thompson and Eleanor Bell.
