It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Gillen of National Park, New Jersey, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elsie Gillen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Gillen, Sr.; her son Michael Gillen (Margaret); and her parents, Wilhelmina Reynolds and Robert Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, George'Skip'J. Gillen Jr. (Antoinette), Cherylanne Graham (David), Robin Sobieski (John) and Kathleen Bairstow (Richard); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jill, Dan, Joe, Kim, Samantha, Erynn, Mackenzie, Mandy, Katie, Jared, Mikaila, Andrew and Treasured; and her great grandchildren, Bryan, Emma, Hadley, Charlee, Parker, Cooper, Kelsie, Kaylee, Kendalyn, Ryan, Hunter, Annalise, Nora Mae, Milo, Joseph, Macy, Max, Maddy and Harper.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brooklawn United Methodist Church (213 Maude Ave, Brooklawn, NJ 08030). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM.
