He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Sue Shirley; his parents, Charles H. Shirley and Helen Shirley Sr.; and his brother Paul Shirley Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diana Shirley; his sister Sue Ann Shirley; his niece Theresa Eiger (David); his nephews, Paul Shirley Jr., Robert Shirley (Angelyn) and Timothy Shirley; and his friend Jackson.
