He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gail Frances Barr; his children, Deborah J. Van Dexter (Erik), Kimberly A. Richman (Don) of Mannington, William C. Barr, Jr. of Monroeville, Scott A. Barr (Dana) of Glassboro, Nancy E. Barr of Salem and Jodi-Lynn M. Barr of Mullica Hill; his grandchildren, Amanda Richman, Matthew Richman (Devon), Zachary Richman, Elijah Richman, Talayden Richman, Olivia Barr, William C. Barr, III, Lindsey Barr, Lacey Barr, Kirsten Barr, Gunner Barr-Patten, Jacqueline Barr-White, Jocelyn Barr-White, Bryson Barr and Leilanna Nelson; his great grandchildren, Reid Richman and Jayden Barr; his parents, William Andrew and Nancy Martha Barr; and his close friend Edward "Joe" Rafferty.
