He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde D. Neumeyer and Harriet Johnson Neumeyer; and his siblings, Charles B. Neumeyer and Mary Neumeyer Dodge. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Blithe Neumeyer; and his children, Aaron J. Neumeyer (Andrea), Erika Neumeyer Reese (Bob), Thomas C. Neumeyer, Sherah Neumeyer Williams (Chad), Keith Burgess (Staci) and Michael Scappa (Jillian). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
