She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kurtz and Marjorie Kurtz; and her sister Debbie Kurtz. She is survived by: her close friend Vincent Castagna; and her siblings, Sandy Lenhart Brown, Faith Conway Hanak, June Brinnisholtz and John Kurtz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
