With solemn reverence, we commemorate David Thomas Fazzio Sr. in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on October 23, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his father John Fazzio, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Fazzio; his wife Qinfen Fazzio (Han); his sons, David Fazzio, Jr. (Caitlin), Adam Fazzio (Stephanie) and Christopher Fazzio (Chanida); his grandchildren, Elliot, Rosalie, Elizabeth, Cynthia, Brynleigh, Bryce, Ashton and Ava; and his siblings, John Fazzio, Jr. and Linda Frank. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kelley Funeral Home (125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Jesus Church (17 Earlington Ave, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Eglington Cemetery (320 Kings Hwy, Clarksboro, NJ 08020).
