She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lafferty and Catherine Lafferty; and her brother Nicholas Lafferty. She is survived by: her husband Mauricio Vega; her children, Sofia and Alexander; and her brothers, Dr. James Lafferty, Joseph Lafferty, Paul Lafferty and Dr. William Lafferty. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, sister- in-laws, and brother-in-laws.

“I am so sorry for your loss. I was good friends w/ Lenore throughout St. Pats. Then we reconnected when my triplets went to preschool with her daughter. A cute story- In the 5th grade I had a bday party. Lenore’s mom gave me a hand stitched handkerchief as a present. It was so pretty, but we kids did not use handkerchiefs then. Lenore turned beat red b/c she was so embarrassed. I kept that handkerchief for years and always thought fondly of Lenore and Mrs. Lafferty when I saw it. God Bless you”
