He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Iwanyshyn (Swachey) and Dymitry Iwanyshyn of Linden, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Inez Mathisen; and his daughters, Karyl-Lynn Miller, Janice Bernhard and Nancy Pastore (David). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
