It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrienne P Matejek of Mountainside, New Jersey, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Forgach (Julia) and Shannon McCaslin (Jim); her children, Vivienne Bernice and Grant Joseph; her husband Steven Joseph Matejek (NJ); and her brother Kenny (Susan).
