He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Rodriguez and Harold Rodriguez; and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his sibling NJ; his close friend Linda Ann Katzenberger; his brother Guy; his brothers-in-law, Jack Czeterko and Michael Katzenberger; his father-in-law Rudolph "Rudy" Katzenberger; his children, Marie and Kevin Rodriguez (Shannon); his sister Annette Czeterko (John Feczko); his mother-in-law Jane Katzenberger (Wadsten); his siblings-in-law, Carl Katzenberger (Liz Murphy), Denise Katzenberger, Greg Katzenberger and Rudy Katzenberger (Laura); his caregiver Samantha Marquez; and his pet Nellie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews.
