He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly, Jr. and Emma Kelly (DiFrancesco). He is survived by: his significant other Rosalie; his children, Kristin Kelly Rafferty and William R. Kelly IV; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Noah and Kayden; his siblings, Victoria Podolski (John) and Allen Kelly; and his nephew Drew Podolski (Monica). He is also survived by his grandnieces and nephew.
