He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marie and Anna Marie; and his daughter Jennifer Jean Kincannon. He is survived by: his children, Keri Kohler Siudut of Tampa, FL, Philip John Kohler of Myrtle Beach, SC and Lisa Jeanine Kohler of Sarasota, FL; his grandchild Eliana Kincannon; and his siblings, Kathryn Cronk of Texas and Jean Rankin of Texas.
