He is survived by: his children, Donald Perkins, Patricia Perkins and Richard Perkins (Patti); his sister Margery; his grandchildren, Karen (Nate), Benjamin (Kaylynn), Adam and Jarrod (Jastin); his great grandchildren, Darcy, Elise and Piper; and his daughter-in-law Sheri Perkins. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
