He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and John McHugh; and his siblings, John, Dorothy, Frances, Kay, James, Eileen, Mary and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Ryall; his children, Kathy Borton (William), Eileen McCue (Michael), Kevin McHugh (Donna) and Thomas McHugh; his sister Joan; his grandchildren, Christopher, Patrick, Billy, Jeremy, Kristen, Michael James, Sean, Katie, Shane and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Jeran, Jamie, Cooper, Rhyan and Lukas. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
