He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret F. Cook and John Cook; his son Russell Taylor Cook; his sister Marge Cook; and his grandson Brett Berdini.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Berdini (Tom), John Cook (Jennifer) and Michael Cook (Karyn); his grandchildren, Annalise Berdini (Tom Philpott), Paul L. Sweeney, IV, Jane Sweeney, Taylor Cook and Bennett Cook; and his brother Donald Cook (Helen). He is also survived by his many Nephews.
