She was predeceased by: her husband Bart Smith. She is survived by: her children, Terry Callahan (Chris), Kathy Smith, James Smith (Chantal), Stephen Smith (Kathleen) and Michael Smith (Gary); her grandchildren, Christina, Veronica, Casey, Colleen, Sarah, Samuel, Mackenna, Jimmy and Nolan; and her great grandchildren, Sal, Tino and Carina. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
