He is survived by: his wife Rose Kauffeld (DeRemigio); his stepchildren, Rob DeRemigio (Jason) and Cathy Fichera (Lew); his former wife Jean Kauffeld (Robey); his children, Rich Kauffeld (Anita), John Kauffeld (Muffy), JoAnne Smith (Bill) and Mary Beth Tidmore; his granddaughter Breanna Tidmore; and his sister Anna Scarborough.
