He was predeceased by: his parents, Delia and Dr. Michael John McAndrew, Sr.; and his siblings, Dr. Joseph McAndrew, Dr. James McAndrew and Maureen McAndrew Allison.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Marie McAndrew, Sheryl Anne McAndrew (Daniel Enterline) and Joan Elizabeth McAndrew; his sister Emily McAndrew Koenig; his grandchildren, John Karl Schlechtweg, Kathryn Edmonds, Sarah Roch and Claire Enterline; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Roch, Isabelle Roch and Barrett Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
