Lisa Anne Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Lisa Anne Moore, 61. She is the daughter of Elizabeth Snyder (Teal) and Richard Stefano.

Lisa was a once in a lifetime kind of person. She was a phenomenal mother, grandmother and friend. She could talk to anyone and help them feel instantly comfortable. She most valued connection and was always ready to help the people around her. She had a quick wit and was the best at one liners and best known for her deep, genuine laugh. Lisa will be greatly missed by all those she included in her world through the years, most especially her family whom were the most important part of her life to her.

She is survived by: Her children, Kristen Snyder, Stephen Snyder, and Caroline Moore. Her grandchildren were Emily Suranofsky, Aaliyah Castillo, Gavin Snyder and Molly Suranofsky along with all of the amazing friends she held so close to her heart.
