In the vast expanse of eternity, may Dorothea find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garro and Dorothy Garro; and her siblings, Joseph Garro and Elizabeth Garro. She is survived by: her sister Cathy (Rich); her close friend Richard Freeman; and also, Michael Garro (Susan) and Theodore Garro (Angela).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Church (100 Willow Bend Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Life Cemetery (3055 Fostertown Rd, Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054).
Because of Dotty's love for children and animals, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a children's hospital such as CHOP or St. Jude, or any animal organization/hospital of their choice.
