It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Russell Ellis Jr. of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, born in Collingswood, New Jersey, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Ellis and Irene Ellis; his daughter Dina Ruth Ellis; and his sister Mary Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn E.; his children, Dawn R. Wright and David R. Ellis; his grandchildren, Courtney Dina Skelley (Travis Skelley), Samantha Wright Davis (Albert Davis) and Devi Mary Ellis; his great grandchild Quinn Ellis Skelley; his stepgrandchildren, Lainey Davis and Skylar; and his sister Nancy Stiegler.
