He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia C. Block; and his brother Frederic Block. He is survived by: his son David Block; his grandchildren, Kay Dunlap and Andersen Dunlap; his brothers, Donald Block and Edward Block; and also Vanessa Dunlap. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
