She is survived by: her children, Eric Bernard (Donna), Steve Bernard (Jane), Diane Carberry (Glenn) and Scott Bernard (Tina); her daughters-in-law, Karen Bernard and Beth Bernard; her grandchildren, Melissa, Dylan, Abigail, Steven, Victoria, Jessica, Kyle, Joshua, Justina, Rebecca, Danielle, Zachary, Colton and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Gavin, McKayla and Kyle, Jr.; and her friend Suellen Bernard.
