He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Harker and Helen Harker; and his brother John Harker. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Susan Lynn Harker; his stepchildren, Mindi J. Lamb, Marci Chapman (Michael) and Matthew Lamb (Ashley); his siblings, Terri Neff and Doug Harker; and also, Robert and Sevek. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
