He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Harbeson, and Virginia Harbeson, Sr.; his wife Carol Ann; his siblings, Alice Higgins of Virginia and Robert Dennis Harbeson; and his children, Teresa Ann Palfy and Gary Harbeson.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Frederick Schuyler, Mark Harbeson of Cherry Hill, NJ and Susan Harbeson of Medford, NJ; and his son-in-law Andrew Cooke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where he faithfully made monthly donations for many years.
