He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald and Anna Mae. He is survived by: his children, Larry J. Locke (Debra), Tammy Brassard, Donna Swoyer (Bill) and Herb Locke; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsey, Marissa, Hannah, Conner, Christopher, Timothy, Jeffrey, Michael, Stacey, Josh and Shane. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
