He was predeceased by: his father James Nulph; his brother John Nulph; and his son Brandon Nulph. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Nulph; his children, Tyler Nulph, Jessica Nulph and Kaycie James; his grandchildren, Myah John, Aliyah John, Cole Wayne, Jordan James and Alayna Marie Haines; his mother Nancy Nulph; his brothers, James Nulph II (Karen), Dave Nulph (Laura) and Steve Nulph (Patricia); and his sister-in-law Christine Nulph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
