She is survived by: her children, Jerry Carter, Jr., John Carter, Carnita Carter and Jenita Davis; her former spouse Jerry Carter, Sr.; her siblings, Stanley Monroe, William Davis, Claudia Love and Felicia Monroe; and her grandchildren, Tajee, Kavon, Paul, Nysira, Faith, Tajanae, Johnee, Jordan, Tamir, De'avinna, Layla, Saniyah, Desmariah, Talia, Jenita and Talib. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
