He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Green and Ellen Green. He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Green and Dennis Green (Gail); his nieces, Michelle Piper-Bishop (Thomas) and Lisa Barford (Daniel); his great-niece Avery; and his great-nephews, Callen, Wyatt and Lincoln.
